Daisy Larios

Daisy Larios, who was a Mellon fellow at Swarthmore College Library 2007-08, is one of 18 winners of the Luce Scholars Program for 2011-12. As a librarian who is excited about the hundreds of new public libraries in South Korea and the new National Digital Library there, Daisy will receive financial and administrative support from the Henry Luce Foundation during her year in Seoul. While an undergraduate at Occidental College, she took part in the Mellon Librarian Recruitment Program. After her fellowship at Swarthmore, she worked at Drexel University’s library and earned the master’s degree in library and information science.
